Supporter Programme

The Beside Horses
Supporter Programme

Creating a Horse-Centred World Where Everyone Belongs

Together We Can Reach More People

Beside Horses is building a network of yards, equestrian businesses, centres and horse owners who believe in the positive impact horses can have on wellbeing.

As a Supporter, you'll help us spread awareness, share resources and champion the role horses play in people's lives.

What Is the Beside Horses Supporter Programme?

The Beside Horses Supporter Programme recognises organisations, professionals and businesses that are committed to creating more welcoming, inclusive and accessible horse-centred environments.

The programme is not an accreditation scheme and does not assess technical compliance with accessibility standards.

Instead, it is a public commitment to the values of belonging, inclusion, awareness and respect.

Supporters recognise that people should not have to hide, explain, justify or overcome their differences before being welcomed into horse-centred spaces.

By joining the programme, supporters become part of a growing movement working towards a horse-centred world where everyone belongs.

Who can join?

The programme is open to organisations and individuals working within the equine sector, including:

  • Riding schools, equestrian centres and livery yards
  • Competition venues
  • Equine charities
  • Equine-assisted service providers
  • Coaches and instructors
  • Freelance professionals
  • Equine therapists

  • Riding clubs
